We stand behind the effectiveness of our purifiers and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at support@essoon.com for assistance.


Order Cancellations & Changes

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Once this timeframe has passed, your order will be in processing, and we may not be able to make changes. If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in our products, and we encourage you to use them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still unsatisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@essoon.com. To speed up the process, provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing the order.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

A damaged item qualifies if it has a physical defect or is broken upon arrival. Minor shipping-related packaging damage (such as dented boxes) is not considered product damage if the item itself remains in good condition.

To report a damaged item, email us at support@essoon.com with a clear photo of the issue. If eligible, we will replace the item at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.


Shipping & Delivery

While we work to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. Essoon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and we are not notified within 24 hours of ordering, we are unable to offer refunds or reshipments.
